Husband Does Grocery Shopping

I challenged my man to take the last of our money and buy food for the week. This was a tough call. I would have been hard pressed to fulfil the task myself. He came home with such creative ideas for stretching the food he had bought into numerous dishes. I was so impressed!

The best part is that because he bought the goods, he got involved in food preparation and he has kept coming up with interesting frugal ideas to stretch our budget, this whole week.

So, get the men involved, now that my man is 'buying' in to frugal, he is enjoying the concept of being resourceful. This also takes off the stress for me, as now we have a powerful partnership.
