How To Make Pesto
Learning how to make pesto is a quick and easy thing to do at home and is cheaper than shop bought pesto.
Basil pesto can be used in all Italian dishes but is great over freshly made pasta on it's own too! Basil is one of the easiest herbs to grow and once made into pesto can be frozen and used when it is not in season.
You need 4 cups of washed basil leaves.
Blend with 1 cup of pine nuts,
Voila - pesto...
