Home Made Salsa
I love salsa as I love Mexican food! Here are my two favourite home made salsa recipes.
One is a raw salsa, which I prefer, the other is a cooked salsa.
1 medium onion Put the onion and garlic into a blender and process until fine. Add the tomatoes and blend again, but leave a little chunky. Add the seasonings. Place in a pan on the stove over a medium heat for 5 minutes. You can use this salsa hot or cold with your choice of Mexican meal.
2 mild chillies, chopped Mix them all together. Serve with your favourite chilli

These ingredients make roughly one large bowl of salsa. The trick is to chop everything very finely.
